Getting started
Welcome to Worksheet.ws! This guide will help you set up the app and familiarize yourself with its key features. Whether you’re a solo teacher or part of an organization, this guide will walk you through the steps to get started and explain how to navigate the app effectively.
Setting Up Worksheet.ws
For Solo Teachers
- Create Account: Visit this link to sign up. Enter your details to create a personal account.
- Choose Subscription Plan: After signing up, you will be automatically enrolled in the free plan. You can upgrade to a paid subscription plan in Settings -> Billing. Subscription plans offer different limits and support options:
- Free Plan: Up to 30 submissions with AI assistant enabled and 50 without AI assistant enabled monthly. Includes worksheet creation and distribution features.
- Lite Plan: Up to 200 submissions with AI assistant enabled and 1000 without AI assistant enabled monthly.
- Pro Plan: Up to 500 submissions with AI assistant enabled and 2000 without AI assistant enabled monthly.
- Organization Plan: Designed for schools and institutions, includes features like SSO, interoperability with other school systems, integration to LMS, and custom pricing.
Choose the plan that best fits your teaching needs.
For Teachers as Part of an Organization
If you are using Worksheet.ws through your school or organization, your account will be provisioned by the assigned administrator.
- Account Provisioning: Check with your assigned staff member for details regarding your account setup, or contact support@worksheet.ws for assistance.
- Access Your Account: Once your account is set up, you will receive login instructions to get started.
Understanding the App Screens
Worksheets Page
The Worksheets Page is your main hub for creating, managing, and organizing worksheets. Here, you can:
- Create New Worksheets: Click on the "New Worksheet" button to start building a worksheet for your students.
- Edit Existing Worksheets: View all your created worksheets and edit them.
- Distribute Worksheets:Â Share worksheets with your students via a link, QR code, email, LMS connection, or other integrations (requires organization plan).
Submissions Page
The Submissions Page is where you can track student responses, review submissions, and provide feedback. This page allows you to:
- View Student Submissions: See all the completed worksheets submitted by your students.
- Grade and Provide Feedback: Quickly grade students' answers, provide personalized comments and track student progress.
- Manage Records: Organize all submissions efficiently, making it easy to monitor student performance over time.
Navigating the App
- Top Navigation Bar: Use the top navigation bar to move between the Worksheets page and the Submissions page. You can also access your account settings and support from here.
- Help & Support: If you ever need assistance, click on the "Help" button located at the top right of the app. Our support team is ready to assist you at support@worksheet.ws.
